The South Cariboo Elizabeth Fry Association is Ashcroft’s community partner with Legal Aid BC.

Legal Aid BC is a provincial Crown Corporation that was created to provide legal information, advice, and representation services primarily to individuals who experience barriers to accessing the legal system. They understand the despite the complicated nature of the law, many people can’t afford a lawyer when they need help with a legal issue.
